Our approach to psychotherapy is balanced and holistic, which gets to the root of chronic stress, depression, overeating, fatigue, anxiety, and nervous system imbalances and aims for your mental and physical wellness.
Our founder, Alena Naidzenka, is a licensed counsellor and psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, Canada, and two professional designations - a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. Alena is a registered member of the Association of Clinical Counsellors in British Columbia (BCACC) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Alena has a background in wellness, mental health and disability management, and more than a decade of experience supporting people during challenging times.
Areas of Practice: stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, disordered eating, chronic illness, relationship issues.
Therapy Format: individual and group therapy; online (through Zoom).
